Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our plans for the ‘Longest Distance Run in 5 days’ challenge due to work commitments and a lack of time to train properly.

We will be planning an epic adventure for 2013 possibly in the Polar Regions, so keep checking in.

In the meantime, I am feeling very unfit after a year of very little exercise. Its time to dust off the trainers.

I am running the 18 mile Bewl Water Race on 3rd July and Snowdonia Marathon on October 29th.

I am really delighted that I have been awarded the PNE Award for innovation in Fundraising for inspiring and innovative fundraising efforts for Marie Curie Cancer Care. I was shortlised from 1500 people and won!! Sadly I missed the awards due to a delayed flight from Gatwick to Newcastle, so we missed the ceremony last week!

I will keep this site updated more regularly, sorry for the radio silence but work has been crazy!
